Our mobile bar is fully self-sufficient in water and power, enabling us to operate in venues without existing infrastructure. We anticipate every layout well in advance through a technical walkthrough, ensuring setup, access, and service logistics are tailored to the specific demands of the location.
Do you always bring your mobile bar setup?
Not necessarily. We can operate from an existing on-site bar, a kitchen, or a pre-established setup. If the venue lacks facilities, we can supplement the current setup or bring our mobile bar, in adaptation to the space.
Do you carry public liability insurance?

We primarily operate across Provence, the French Riviera, and the broader South-East region, particularly around Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Cannes, Nice, Saint-Tropez, and Monaco. However, we are fully available to travel throughout France and internationally. Any potential travel costs are clearly detailed in our quotes.
Is a deposit required to secure our reservation?
Yes. A deposit is requested upon booking to guarantee we will block the day exclusively for you. Full payment terms and details are specified in our quotes and agreements.
How far in advance should we book?
We advise getting in touch as soon as your chosen date and venue are secured, especially for celebrations held between May and September. Your reservation is officially booked upon validation of the quote proposal and agreement.
Is it possible to bring changes to the cocktail menu after confirming?
Yes, to a certain extent. Adjustments remain possible until an agreed-upon date, so we can allocate time for our orders, preparations and service organization.
Can you tailor a proposal to fit our specific budget and event needs?
Yes, we don't work with pre-established formulae : every event is thought according to your chosen format, guests count, venue and preferred atmosphere.

What do we need to anticipate on our side?
Absolutely. Depending on your needs, we can add the name of the event, dedicated artwork, or elements of your branding to the menus and ornaments of the bar.
What matters most is to have thought of an adapted space to set up the bar, and an access for us to onload our equipment. Depending on the event, we may ask for electricity and water supply.
Prior to the event, we will check with you or your event organizer what are the technical needs, specific constraints of the venue, and the schedule for our set-up.
